  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. ghee or vegetable oil
  • 2/3 c. warm water, or as needed to form an elastic dough
  • 2 tsp. cooking oil
  • ½ head of a small cabbage
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 eggs
  • additional salt to taste
